Formulation:

• Sulfadiazine Sodium142,857mg
• Sulfaclozine Sodium57,143mg
• Paracetamol5,000mg

Indications: For treatment of coccidiosis in poultry due to infection with Eimeria species, fowl typhoid due to infection with Salmonella gallinarum and fowl cholera due to infection with Pasteurella mutocida.

Give 1 tablet of SULPAR QR once a day for 3 consecutive days. On the 4th day, just give plain water. Repeat administration of SULPAR QR tablet on the 5th day to 6th day.

(Bigyan ng 1 tablet ng SULPAR QR isang beses sa isang araw sa loob ng tatlong araw na sunod-sunod. Mag bigay lang ng plain water sa ika-apat na araw. Ulitin ang pag-bigay ng SULPAR QR tablet sa ika-limang araw hangang ika-anim na araw.)

For best result; Give the SULPAR QR Tablet in morning and PREMOXIL Tablet in the afternoon.

Para sa mas magandang resulta; Mag-bigay ng SULPAR QR Tablet sa umaga at PREMOXIL Tablet sa hapon.
